We are asked daily why our fudge is so much creamier, smooth and rich in flavor?  Basically, we don't make fudge for show.  We make it for flavor!  No marble, no grit. We make it just like my Grandma Elsie did over 60 years ago on the stove top constantly stirring for amazing aroma, flavor and smooth texture. We don't skimp on anything.  Only the best nuts, caramel, coconut and chocolate enter our kettles. We chalk our loaves full of ingredients. If you want NUTS, you'll get NUTS! This allows us to make over 40 traditional and unusual flavors. Not only is our fudge delicious, but beautiful as well.  People often comment that it looks like art.  We take great pride in the appearance.  When our customers give a gift, we want it to not only taste amazing but look decadent.
